This home’s location, Macarena, is known for its hip, creative vibe. You’ll find vintage clothes and book shops, as well as the Mercado de la Feria market hall, with its stalls serving tasty paella and other local delicacies. There are plenty of tapas bars to sample, or visit the Park of the Perdigones, a seven-minute stroll away. There’s a Nordic style here, and the atrium fills the interiors with natural light, but we'd still say the space is fairly basic. And, at full capacity two people will be sleeping on a sofa in the living room – so you'll all need to get on well.

The decor is very simple and generic and the aesthetics are not quite up to Plum Guide's usual standards – we've made an exception to let this one into the collection on account of its cool location in Seville
