With a terrace that lets you survey the local area, you'll be pleased to know the location is fantastic here – Seville Cathedral, the Torre del Oro and more are all within a few hundred years. The building doesn't feel out of place in this historic centre, either – located within the former Royal Mint of Seville, you'll find a few callbacks here, including exposed brickwork. The fully-equipped kitchen means you can rustle up paella to be enjoyed alfresco, although there are plenty of eateries close by too.
