Holiday Rental Description

Nestled in the heart of Seville, this cosy apartment is on the basic side but boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and a small balcony off the main bedroom. Being so central, there is the potential for some noise, and at full capacity one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. But we think the location is ideal whether you're travelling for work or leisure. Public transport is close by so you can easily reach all of Seville's best bits, and you'll be just a few metres from the Guadalquivir River.

*Parking in central Seville can be tricky. We recommend sticking to the easily-accessible public transport to get around during your stay.
*Due to the location and the fact that this home is in an apartment building, there's a chance you may hear some noise from the street and from neighbours during your stay.
*At full capacity, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
*There is a small balcony here, but it's very narrow without room to sit out on. Clothes mustn't be hung from the balcony to dry – this is against local laws.
*This building is very close to the neighbouring buildings, so the views aren't very inspiring.
*Quiet hours should be observed between 11pm and 8am.
