Just across the river from Seville, an easy walk from the city centre, this smart, modern home is in a perfect spot – on a quiet, narrow street surrounded by similar period homes. With the riverside just a few minutes away on foot and lots of great eateries nearby, it's an excellent choice for a city break.

Despite its traditional exterior, inside it's all about modern comforts, with white walls, tiled floors and a sociable, open layout in the living space. Cook at home in the well kitted-out kitchen, eat at the little breakfast bar and cosy up on the sofa after a day of exploring.

*The third and fourth guests would be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room – this would be best suited to children as the bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom
