Despite the owner's efforts and kindness to resolve the existing problems in the house, they were not resolved. We arrived on July 5, 2025, and the air conditioning in the dining room (main floor) wasn't working. A technician wasn't able to come and check it until Wednesday afternoon, nor did he fix it. This meant we lived in 35-degree, humid conditions all week, without air conditioning. They also have a cockroach problem. Quite unpleasant. She was affectionate with my dog.

Needs a refresh. House is damp. Bad bed. Very friendly reception. They really do their best.

This was a great house. Excellent base to explore Andalusia. The welcome by the hostess was great. Questions were answered immediately. The house was fully equipped for us. Top location.

Spacious, bright house, fairytale garden with trees like avocados, mangoes, custard apples. And, in front of the living room terrace, the sea. Magnificent.

The inside of the house is clean and the furniture is largely in good condition. Nice, like in the photos. Some of the beds are as hard as a board. The location is very nice, great sea view. The house is nice and has great views. Air conditioning in all rooms, very comfortable beds, very nice kitchen and living room and a wonderful terrace. The bathrooms are very average, they need to be refurbished. There is a terrible smell of dander in the rooms below. The house is in a little urbanized "urbanization", there are no street lamps, the darkness is total and it is a little scary. There was no garage available, it was occupied. You have to take the car for everything.

The staff that collects the keys super friendly and in 10min he showed up as soon as he called to give us the keys and collect them, this person was very good. Brand new bedding and towels.
