Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

High in the Andalusian hills, this home boasts fantastic views across the mountains. Access is via a dirt road, so a car is a must, but the secluded area and rural scenery make the steep, winding trek worth it. The one downside of this location is the lack of a nearby beach – you'd have to drive about 45 kilometres to reach the coast – but a private pool will do the job when you fancy a dip. The design is a bit more rustic than we'd like, but it's roomy inside and out. That said, as there are just two bathrooms between all ten guests and only room for six around the dining tables, we suggest a lower occupancy here.

Home truths

The somewhat dated decor may not be to everyone's taste. We also think the outside tiles could use some TLC.

If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair on request. As the pool is unfenced, children will need to be watched at all times.

A car is a necessity in this remote area. Access to this home involves driving along a 2-kilometre dirt track that is narrow and winding, so we suggest hiring a car with four-wheel drive. There should be on-site parking available.

There's a dedicated desk here if you plan to catch up on work during your stay.

Groups under the age of 30 are not allowed.

Parties and celebrations may be allowed on request – please speak to your host for more information.
