Zurbarán by the Sea Rincón de la Victoria, Andalusia

Zurbarán by the sea is a beautiful homely holiday villa with the most stunning view of the sea from the sun terrace. The villa offers 3 large bedrooms , 3 bathrooms a sitting room come dinner and a kitchen and was perfect for our family holiday . The villa is clean and comfortable and within walking distance of 2 beautiful sandy beaches with bars and restaurants. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the picture but was perfect for our two children. We loved our week here

Villa Zurbaran ( Called Val Marena) is really well located whether you have a car or not . Very close to beach , restaurant and shops , yet quietly located overlooking the sea . It is very well equipped inside and has a beautiful pool .

A wonderfully spacious house, equipped with all comforts. A beautifully landscaped garden with saltwater swimming pool. Lovely large paved terrace for sitting, lounging and sunbathing. Lots of crockery, pans etc. The kitchen is very complete with microwave, oven, American fridge with freezer, dishwasher. Interhome/Immoswiss contact person very friendly and accessible. The house is opposite a lookout point. As a result, a lot of crowd and often noise until late at night. No private parking.

Holiday villa excellent. Location excellent. Pool was issue. Not cleaned before we arrived . Obliged to report to agent. Could not be used for first 4 days. Big chunk of our paid for holiday facility. 14 days. Needed chemicals as well as actual cleaning before use. No consideration of any kind was given to compensate for our loss. Also it is important that someone is present at the house on arrival with the key and to explain internal workings - air conditioning and Wi Fi codes and box. MFalve

It is a simply designed house with its charm! Well equipped kitchen, nice rooms, everything was clean. It has a beautiful terrace with lots of seating. The pool was clean and filled with salt water. The garden is very well maintained. From the terrace you can see the sea directly. Perfect hotspot to watch sunrise and sunset. Quick access to the beach, quick shopping on foot.

High standing villa, complete equipment (ll, dv, oven, American fridge with mirror, tv with chromecast,...) Mosaic salt water swimming pool, staircase, bean-shaped, gently sloping large landscaped garden (palm trees, succulents,... .) Impregnable sea view from all rooms and terraces access to large sandy beach 400m by stairs / tunnel attention to young children (raised terraces without protection and many stairs) In short 2nd time for us and always delighted

The house is tastefully furnished. Nice fireplace in the living room. The house is laid out in an interesting way. Equipment Ok. Great garden and sea view from the garden. It was not very clean at home for us. We couldn't use the air conditioning as it smelled from it when turned on. It was the same with wardrobes in all rooms. It really stank in all of them. The clothes soaked with damp and stench.

Magnificent house with sea view, comfortable and spacious, 200 m from the beach (3 bathrooms and water; flat screen TV; jacuzzi bath; American fridge; 2 independent air conditioning units in bedrooms and living rooms). Superb tiled swimming pool with stairs and slope (1.80m). Beautiful and large landscaped garden (maintenance every Tuesday). 2 downsides: no private parking for the car (public parking in the street), but parking is easy; no outdoor shower before bathing.

The location of the villa, close to the sea and still close to the city, is really great. The outdoor area with terrace and pool is also beautiful. Unfortunately, you have to make compromises inside. The bedrooms are very small and the whole house is not really suitable for 6 people. In addition, there is a lack of crockery (e.g. only 3 salad bowls) and other things. There is only one hair dryer. There was also no welcome pack whatsoever (coffee, salt, sugar, bin liners etc).

Very nice amenities for the house, exceptional geographical location, quiet, but 10 minutes walk from the city center of Rincon and 20 minutes by car from the center of Malaga.

What a beautiful home. The pool, the patio, the gardening and vegetation surrounding.. all fanstastic! The interior is well acquainted as well. Full kitchen, 3 rooms, and a living room. Is a short walk to town / beaches and has a great view of the sea. Would highly recommend!!

The property is beautifully situated on a hill above the sea with a beautiful view. The house is tastefully furnished, large refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, etc. so you can really cook.

The villa is well maintained and very comfortable. The location is great and quiet. Relaxation is guaranteed and your own pool is simply wonderful.

The House is really nice and the beautiful garden makes the perfect scene for the view. Really nice House, only downside was the outdoor furniture that were not Living up to the standards of the rest of the house.
