In the verdant stretch of land between Fuengirola and Marbella, framed by palm trees, this pretty, whitewashed apartment in the Costa del Sol has beautiful views of the mountains, sleek, modern furnishings and bright pops of colour in the bedrooms. Start the day with breakfast on the patio while you soak up the view. The apartment is surrounded by a shared garden with manicured lawns which the kids will love running around on before a dip in the large residents’ pool. The El Soto clubhouse is less than a kilometre away, where you can make use of the 9 hole golf course, spa, gym and tennis court. You could easily spend your day admiring the gardens and splashing around in the water, but there’s plenty to explore nearby too. The house is an eight-minute drive from the famous La Cala Golf Resort, with three excellent courses, and also a twenty-five minute drive to Fuengirola, home to plenty of shops, waterfront restaurants and beautiful beaches with crystalline waters. If you prefer a more lively scene, head to Marbella where you will find beach bars, glitzy restaurants and buzzing nightlife. For a day of glamour, the iconic Nikki Beach is a fifteen-minute drive away. When you arrive home there’s no better place for sunset than your patio, curled up on the sofa together, where you can admire the twinkling lights of Fuengirola in the distance.
