Mirador del Bendito

The location is perfect, the view is adorable. Large balcony facing east is optimal, sunrise and shade when the sun is at its hottest. Good floor plan with two large bedrooms with decent beds for being in Spain. Parking inside the gate is positive. Nice pool with lawn. So far a very good apartment. However, the apartment is worn, poorly furnished we had to buy lamps and power strips. The kitchen is so poorly equipped so forget about cooking. There is room for improvement here

We had a fabulous holiday and the location was absolutely spot on the apartment was very clean and extremely spacious the only thing I would say negative about the apartment is that the bathrooms need updating especially the showers

The location of the apartment is great. The condition is unfortunately very old and, above all, used. It needs a general renovation. The accommodation was so clean. Certainly acceptable for a short stay for the undemanding. There are much nicer apartments than #49 in the same building and for the same, even cheaper, price.
