It is a very quiet urbanized area. The terrace is oriented towards a closed street that has no traffic or people, so it allows you to enjoy greater tranquility. As it is a second floor it is very hot, there are fans in all the rooms although they are not enough. It would be nice if the windows and access to the terrace had mosquito nets, since they are very necessary in that area.

The apartment so bright and spacious and the sun room calming. There was everything we needed for our stay and it was great to be able to walk the short way to the local beach. East transport links and gated parking. Booking and meeting our host was straightforward and we had no reason to contact him for the rest of our stay. Perhaps having some water in the fridge would have been a nice extra but the teabags and coffee already in the cupboard was helpful and appreciated. Would stay again
