Beautiful terraced house semi-detached, built in 1999. In a busy position, in the heart of the city, traffic calmed area, 650 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach. Public car park at 100 m, extra. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar, bakery 50 m, bus stop "Ricardo Soriano" 300 m, sandy beach 650 m. Nearby attractions: Plaza de los Naranjos 200 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Marbella

Well-known, famous town, Marbella is a city famous in the world for its mild climate, the beauty of its landscapes by the sea, the protection from the northern cold by the mountain range, the happy tranquility of its rhythm of life and the convivial cosmopolitanism of its inhabitants. It is located 60 kilometers from the international airport of Malaga and about 80 to the east of Gibraltar, both by dual highway and motorway. The city is a coastal center of numerous modern urbanizations, full of gardens with places of recreation for all kinds of playful and recreational activities, which contrasts with the charm of its central streets, with a medieval layout and popular Andalusian architecture. From being an agricultural and fishing town, Marbella gradually became a world benchmark for quality tourism. In just a few years, more than thirty golf courses have been built throughout its municipal area and it has the honor of having been the city where the popular sport of paddle tennis was born and made known to the world. In Marbella there are hundreds of slopes and numerous clubs for this activity. It has a very interesting Roman past from an archaeological point of view, as well as very beautiful wooded areas that engage the spirits of hiking fans. Marbella consists of various places worth visiting: starting from the west we can enjoy the Guadalmina golf courses and the town of San Pedro de Alcántara next to Puerto Banús. Likewise, in the historic center of Marbella, more or less old parts coexist in perfect harmony with the current modernity of the city. To the east, on the coast we can find the wonderful area of Elviria, with walks through the forest and an adventure center, also for golf lovers, the popular 18-hole golf course Santa María Golf and the Natural Monument of the Dunes de Artola, one of the few protected natural spaces on the beachfront of the Costa del Sol. The beauty of the sea is always an attraction for nautical activities that take place in marinas and ports along the coast. Marbella has a very marked personality due to its cultural traditions and offers of top quality services in a multitude of sectors that delight any visitor: from high school gastronomy to beach bars and familiar restaurants, grocery stores and typical bars of the Spanish south, as well as a wide range of international cuisine. Marbella is a wonderful place to live and vacation, because, in summary, it has two very appreciated characteristics in today's world: the magnificent quality of life found here and the calm and slow way in which everything happens.

We stayed in the holiday home and had the best time! Surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Although very central location it was surprisingly quiet in the evening. The roof terrace was a huge bonus.

Marbella is truly a beautiful city and this apartment is located perfectly to experience it all. Right in the old part near restaurants and bars, and also 5 minutes from the beach.

Mitt i gamla stan i Marbella med närhet till såväl shopping som strand och restauranger. Takterrassen var härlig, dock var den öppen dvs fritt fram för alla svalor och det hände att man fick tröjan nedsmutsad! Så ingen nytvättad tvätt på terrassen tyvärr…. Man bör också observera att detta townhouse är fördelat på tre våningar. Sammantaget ett mycket fint och välutrustat hus som vi absolut kan återvända till.

Nous avons été enchanté par la prestation de cette tres jolie maison de ville, ancienne, totalement refaite avec gout et bien equipée. Elle est idealement située dans le centre historique. Et le toit terrasse est tres agreable avec toujours un peu d'air. Comme c'est en centre ville, c'est un peu bruyant. Globalement, c'est tres bien.

Appartement magnifique avec une belle décoration. Emplacement parfait dans le centre historique. La personne en charge de l’accueil est au petit soin. Nous reviendrons dans cette appartement. Un seul petit bémol, il serait bien de mettre une machine à café avec capsule afin de gagner du temps de le matin.
