Situated in the district of Carretera de Cádiz, just a seven-minute drive from Malaga's city centre, this home provides an idyllic base for families. It sits on the palm-lined seafront promenade, only two minutes from the beach on foot, promising easy access to the sun, sand and sea within moments and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. The interior is contemporary and welcoming, cloaked in calming neutral tones. Large windows usher in floods of sunlight, and we love the open-plan living space, offering plenty of scope for families to kick back and relax. Here, sliding doors reveal a private balcony – a lovely spot for alfresco feasts. After a restful slumber, step outside and sip your morning espresso in the Andalusian Sun. Spend your days exploring Malaga's old centre, lounging on the nearby sandy beach or head upstairs to the rooftop terrace and enjoy a refreshing dip in the infinity pool, complete with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
