For shared use: 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 50 m, restaurant 100 m, sandy beach "Playa del Cristo" 500 m. Sports harbour 200 m, golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 2 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Easy access to beach & Marina 15 min walk to the old town great bars & restaurants.Nice pool pity no poolside chairs .Had to buy 2 poolside chairs .Pillows need replacing in bedroom.

Bright and comfortable apartment; centrally located, good beds, lounge set on the balcony is in dire need of replacement. Kitchen and utensils was not clean and neither was bathroom. Swimming pool is in the shade almost all day and therefore not attractive. During the stay, a container with water from the air conditioning always had to be emptied on the balcony; I don't think it's a task for the guests. No towel, etc. in the kitchen, too few towels anyway. Cot that had to be paid a lot for, smelled terrible!

Overall, we had a good stay in this very quiet apartment with a beautiful side view of the port and the sea. The location is good at the foot of the port and its restaurants. However, we noted a few details that bothered us: The bathroom is too small with the door knocking on the toilet. The fact that the toilet is in the bathroom bothered us. There was no double bed but two twin beds pushed together. The cleaning at the entrance was not impeccable (many places with dust). Likewise, the patio furniture and cushions were very roomy. Lack of kitchen utensils. No assigned parking space. Finally, we had a problem with a waste water leak from the kitchen siphon which was not resolved until 4 days later.

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days and it was lovely. Accessible to everything, just above the harbour which is packed with bars and restaurants, beaches just a few minutes walk, 20 min walk along the promenade into town which was lovely, great shops, very pretty old town, loads more bars and restaurants. Estepona is a great place and the apartment was clean, well laid out and had everything you could possibly need, great little find.
