We were generally satisfied with the apartment, although we were only moderately satisfied with the equipment. 1. Suggestion for improvement, laundry was not changed once in three weeks, although it was agreed. Only moderate reliability. Although cleaning was not agreed in the three weeks according to the rental agreement. Would recommend! 2. The electrical appliances, especially the dishwasher and laundry machine, are outdated. 3. The WiFi in the apartment is very good, but the reception of the TV is not

Great location for Old Town, nightlife, restaurants and beach. Light and spacious apartment with good, clean facilities.

Das Buchungsprozedere war nervend. Obwohl unverzüglich die gesamte Zahlung geleistet wurde, erhielten wir keine Bestätigung , sondern immer wieder elektronische Mahnungen (Zahlung innerhalb von 24 Std. u.ä.) durch das computergesteuerte Programm. Keine unsere Anfragen wurde beantwortet! Bis kurz vor Ankunft erhielten wir trotz vieler Anfragen, Mails, Telefonate usw. keine Auskunft, wie und wann die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgen sollte. Auch nach erfolgen Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes erhielten wir mehrere Telefonate, die von dieser Verlängerung und der erneuten Zahlung nicht wussten und nochmals um die Nr. der XXX baten.
