Well-known, busy, family-friendly town and holiday village with 67'000 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 85 km south-west from Málaga, 25 km west from Marbella. The apartment had excellent air conditioning which was very welcome coming in from 30+ temperatures. All facilities which we required, well fitted kitchen although only used fridge and freezer. Comfortable beds and bedrooms very quiet. Large lounge and dining area. Complex very clean and tidy with excellent security. Would have liked more shade and sunbeds in roof top pool which was lovely. Handy supermarket right across the road. Short walk to beach and beautiful old town.

Op het appartement op zich waren wij zeer tevreden Balkon op het noord oosten waren wij teleurgesteld dat er geen enkele zonnestraal op het balkon scheen Er werd niet vermeld in de omschrijving dat het balkon uitzicht en herrie op een schoolplein bood

Het appartementen complex is bijzonder goed onderhouden. Alles wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Het appartement zelf is vam alle gemakken voorzien en voelt als thuis. Vam vaatwasser tot stofzuiger, alles is aanwezig. Paar minuten lopen van het strand en de gezellige binnenstad. Voldoende eettentjes en supermarkten op loopafstand. Dikke prima.

Huoneiston sijainti loistava! Huoneistosta kuvat ei vastannut totuutta ( oli vähän pettymys) Parveke oli aivan liian pieni, ja alapuolella koulu, sekä päiväkoti ja aamuisin aikamoinen meteli. Näkymät parvekkeelta eivät olleet hääppöset. Hinta- ja laatu eivät kohdanneet huoneistossa. Varustelutaso puutteellinen, huoneistossa ei ollut kahvinkeitintä, eikä varalakanoita, jotka olisi kiva ollut vaihtaa kun on pidemmän aikaa. Parasta asunnossa oli katolla uima-allas osasto.

Une très belle résidence avec une piscine sur le toit parfaite ! depuis l'immeuble on rejoint la plage en 5min à pied et on est situé au bord du quartier antico. PARFAIT! Seul bémol, des travaux en vours avec un immeuble juste a coté, bruit tôt le matin et une partie de la vue perdue... Mais sincèrement cet appartement reste un excellent choix !
