This home puts the beach in beachfront, with direct access to the shores of Torre del Mar. Part of a private complex of twelve houses, you’ll have a communal swimming pool and gardens to enjoy, while two terraces provide your own outdoor space from which to relax and take in views of the Mediterranean Sea. Spread across two floors with a bedroom and bathroom on each, there’s plenty of space and privacy for a group of four here, while the alfresco dining setup offers a place to come together for meals or a glass of wine.

The swimming pool is shared with the eleven other villas. It's not fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times.
The terrace faces the communal pool and garden area, so privacy may be limited when using this space.
The main bedroom has a chromotherapy shower – the toilet is separate, located on the other side of the bedroom.
