Splendid building that opens up to a hall with the charm of a classic Cadiz patio. Adorned with elegant palm trees and bathed in natural light, which filters through the beautiful glass roof of the upper terrace, this patio wraps you in a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. At the back to the left, a modern elevator provides easy access to our three floors of luxurious apartments, as well as the communal terrace and practical laundry room. On the first floor, beyond a quiet corridor, you'll find our spacious, exterior studio, perfectly adapted for people with reduced mobility. This space, designed with an open and contemporary style, offers a comfortable living room with a cozy sofa, low table, a Smart TV, and two bright exterior balconies from where you can admire the views of the vibrant Compañía street. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, including a central island and three stools for splendid breakfasts. As you enter the apartment, on the right, you'll discover the main bedroom, a serene and cozy space with a large bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m, a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers. Another bright balcony offers views of the lively Compañía street. At the end of the apartment, you'll find a complete bathroom, equipped with an open and adapted shower, perfectly lit by a window overlooking the central patio of the building. As you ascend in the elevator to the fourth floor, you'll find our communal terrace with stunning views of the majestic Cadiz Cathedral. This terrace, equipped with a seating area comprised of four chairs and a table, five hammocks, and a shower area, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Cadiz sun. Moreover, we offer a laundry room, free of charge for our guests, adding a practical touch to this luxurious accommodation experience.
