The description doesn't say anything about air conditioning, but luckily it is there. There was no coffee machine. Unfortunately, the roads to the house are not that good at the moment and will hopefully be repaired soon. We liked the house. The pool was great when the weather was up to 42C. You have to drive about 30 minutes to go shopping.
