Pros - location, views over the marina, spacious, well equipped kitchen, large terrace which gets sun most of the day, two large comfortable sofas. Cons - needs some TLC (e.g. several broken floor tiles, some electrical sockets loose, shower needs re-sealing, pillows require replacing). Also, no shade or parasol for terrace which gets very hot and air con is in bedrooms only.

Everything was clean and tidy although there was no cleaning package as promised. Views from apartment were spectacular. It was everything we wanted.
