On arrival, house was absolutely freezing as heating was not on. Accommodation had not been properly cleaned as evidenced by carpets, hard floors and abundance of dead flies lying around and on bedding. No Welcome Basket so visitors must ensure they bring essential provisions with them. Shame as house is in an excellent location for travelling about the area.

Very comfortable house that was well equipped, however as it was the end of October when we arrived it initially felt cold. Once the heating was operating the house was cosy and warm for our stay with plenty of hot water. Good location for us to travel around the area & use was made of the hose to wash done mountain bikes. One minor point it would have been useful to have an empty cupboard for our food.
