The local area boasts restaurants, quirky shops, local friendly pubs, beaches and pretty little harbour's. The area offers excellent walking, cycling and mountain biking with the Fife Coastal Path that passes through the village too. Water sports enthusiasts will be delighted with Ellie water sports close at hand and fishermen are well catered for with sea and river fishing close by. Within easy reach of St Andrews, the home of golf and the cities of Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth, with their excellent leisure and shopping facilities, making this all a fantastic base for your holiday. This second floor apartment is accessed via stairs and offers one cosy double bedroom, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD and spectacular views across the sea and harbour. The kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. The bathroom has shower over bath and WC. Although there is no garden, the beach is within walking distance and the large window in the lounge is an ideal spot to cosy up with a glass of wine to watch the world go by and the sun go down.
