*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home, which is on the first floor.
*This home is equipped with a sensor that monitors decibel levels – it doesn't record audio, though.
*There's no parking here, however Lawnmarket bus stop is a two-minute walk away and Edinburgh Waverley train station is six minutes away.
*Edinburgh Airport is a forty-five minute train ride from the apartment.
