The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with TV, a double with TV and a twin bedroom with TV, along with a shower room and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue and hot tub, as well as allocated parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 1.1 miles there is a shop, within 1.4 miles, a pub and within 2.2 miles, a beach. Lawhill Cottage makes a splendid escape to the coast of Ayrshire. Note: This property only accepts Friday and Monday check ins. Please note: Children under 18 are not permitted in the hot tub. Area
Perched within Mid-West Cornwall, is this delightful village, Troon. This Cornish Mining World Heritage Site houses a small number of local businesses, a Post Office and a shop, ensuring that all necessities are catered to. Within two miles is the bustling town of Camborne, where you will find a larger selection of amenities, including old-fashioned butchers, fishmongers, restaurants and pubs. The surrounding area offers opportunities to explore the dramatic cliffs at Hell’s Mouth and the former mining sites at East Pool and King Edward Mine. Further afield, is the picturesque Godrevy Heritage Coast which is perfect for scenic walks and delightful picnics. Alternatively, you will find the famous fishing harbour of St. Ives within 15 miles, where you can come to sample award-winning restaurants, enjoy the sandy beach or walk along the coastal path towards Land’s End. Troon is a charming village for exploring this area of rural Cornwall.
