Troon is a small coastal village on the north Ayrshire coast with views of Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran. Ayrshire's fish market, which serves locally caught fish and seafood to restaurants at the adjoining port, is located in a lively harbour. There are also numerous charming independent cafés, as well as a variety of unique boutiques, shops, and a swimming pool in the town.
