There is also a kitchen, utility, dining room, living/dining room with open fire, conservatory and a study. Outside there is a large lawned garden which leads down to the river and off-road parking. Next door to Claybokie is the delightful Garage Cottage which is home to two double bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire, and a utility, sleeping up to four guests and available to be booked in conjunction with Claybokie.
