Located on a golf course, this two-storey home 35km south of Lisbon is a relaxing base, regardless of how enthusiastic you are for golf. Indoors, the open-plan living space lets in plenty of sunlight, and the fourth bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with single beds and a double sofa bed. It was the outdoor space that excited us, though – the pool and sun loungers are the perfect spots for those who couldn't care less about golf and those returning from completing 18 holes. And if that's not enough, Portinho da Arrábida beach is only a twenty-minute drive away.

One bedroom has a double sofa bed on the lower level, and three single beds on the mezzanine level. This room has limited storage space.
The swimming pool isn't fenced and there are floating stairs here. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
