Set in the heart of the spectacular Douro Valley, this 17th-century estate boasts sweeping river views. The vibe here is country living with a touch of grandeur - think exposed brick walls, four-poster beds, chandeliers and shutters. And with rooms spread across the main house and four charming outbuildings, there's plenty of space for up to sixteen guests. Spend your days lounging by the private pool or wandering the landscaped gardens, then choose between cruising the Douro River or sampling the region’s finest wines at one of the surrounding vineyards. This is slow living at its very best.
