Taking inspiration from Indonesia’s beautiful landscapes, this bright apartment in Lisbon’s central Santo Antonio neighbourhood feels like a beachy paradise overlooking the city’s rooftops. Gaze out onto scenic views from the living area’s macrame hanging chair while a record serenades you, or, gather together for a celebratory Portuguese feast around the palm-framed dining table as the sun dips through the large windows. There’s a desk space here too should you need to catch up on work, but if you ask us, this room is primed for pure relaxation. The two bedrooms, meanwhile, are oasis-like spaces that feel as decadent as they do calm, with the main bedroom, in particular, catching our eye with its sumptuous canopy bed. When you’re not soaking up the serene atmosphere of your city pad, go out and explore your surroundings. You’re a four-minute walk from the wonderfully manicured Parque Eduardo VII, a thirteen-minute stroll from luxurious Avenida da Liberdade, while the Botanical Garden of Lisbon is fifteen minutes away on foot.
