Location Description Portimão

Situated 280 km south of Lisbon, between the Cabo de Sao Vicentre (45 km) and Albufeira (35 km). 69 km from Faro airport and 108 km from the Spanish border (Vila Real de Santo Antonio). It is one of the most important cities in the Algarve for its fishing port and its fish factories. Playa da Rocha 3 km. Tourist interest: Iglesia Parroquial (18th century), Alvor 4 km (castle walls, 16th century church), Abicada 8 km (roman ruins, pretty mosaics). Interest: Walk to the Sierra de Monchique, passing Las Termas, river trip to Silves go down the Arade river etc.

l'appartement pourrait être parfait s'il était véritablement équipé pour 6 personnes. Il nous a manqué sur la terrasse une table dimensionnée pour 6 (mem pour 4 elle est petite) et des chaises en bon état. A part ce défaut l'appartement est très bien situé et très agréable. De même il n'y avait que 4 verres a vin et il n'y avait pas de wifi dans l'appartement ce qui est surprenant de nos jours.

Très bon séjour à Portimao ! L’appartement est très spacieux et d’une propreté irréprochable. En cette période de fin de saison, l’endroit y est très calme; ce qui nous convient parfaitement pour ce séjour en famille.Nous avions accès à tous les services de l’hôtel (piscine, jeux, tennis …). La résidence est sécurisée. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par l’hôte qui parle très bien français. Vivement un prochain séjour

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen Hotelanlage mit Pool. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet genügend Platz. Leider ist der große Balkon/Terasse nur eingeschränkt nutzbar da hier leider z.B. ein Sonnenschirm fehlt, Balkonmöbel sind leider nur aus billigstem Plastik. In der Küche ist das Geschirr sehr zusammengewürfelt und leider fehlt ein Backofen was nicht erwähnt wurde. Der Zustand der Bäder entspricht dem Alter der Wohnung und könnten dringend renoviert werden.

Das Appartment in einer Hotelanlage mit Pool wird von einem privaten Vermieter betrieben.Bei Schwierigkeit, bspw. einem kurzen Stromausfall war er sofort zur Stelle, um das Problem zu beheben.. Wir waren gemeinsam mit einem befreundeten Paar dort waren allein von der Größe der Räume und der beiden Balkone, von denen man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Stadt Portimao, einen Golfplatz sowie das Gebirge und sogar auf das Meer hat, beeindruckt.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with lovely views. Great pool at the complex. Helpful manager who allowed us to checkin earlier. The apartment itself needs updating, especially the kitchen. the equipment is super basic - only 1 knife that cuts, bent chopping board, no scissors... The toilet-roll holders in the bathrooms were broken as were a couple of drawers in the wardrobes. It's tired and needs some money spent on it. Also there's no shade on the balcony - need a foot for the umbrella.
