Very spacious apartment with a fantastic view

The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, with perfect exposure, with its large balcony that goes all the way around. 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes by car from the supermarkets. It is equipped with a recent washing machine and very pleasant to benefit from bed linen and bath towels. The residence has a city stadium with synthetic turf, tennis court, ping-pong table, 2 swimming pools, a cafe and a restaurant with theme nights but no entertainment, it is very quiet.

All the cabinets and the kitchen need to be remodeled. They are already outdated and run down.
