The holiday home is well-designed, but showing its age. Here's a list of the problems: The light in the bedroom doesn't work; the silicone seals in the bathroom near the toilet are leaking, causing fecal fluid to leak (ew); the air conditioning needs servicing; the shower siphon is clogged and doesn't drain; the shower door is stuck; the kettle is broken and leaking; the hand blender is broken; the kitchen's base unit with the rotating carousel smells moldy due to moisture; the front yard is dirty, the lawn isn't mowed, etc.

The lawn in the garden had not been mowed and was even blocking the opening of the gate to the pool. The communal pool is very run down with tiles coming loose in many places, particularly on the access stairs... Several light bulbs not changed in the house

everything worked out great and we are very satisfied with the service.

The house is very nice , modern and is not far away from the center Albufeira or Villa moura! I recomand!

The villa casa roberts is perfect super clean very pretty inside very design the garden with terrace is impeccable barbecue the swimming pool is very beautiful but shared with other villa is careful if toddler the gate works very well but there is still has access through the garden which is not fenced so direct to the swimming pool the only inconvenience that we had otherwise the residence where it is located the house is very clean quite quiet set back from the city center 10min from the beach east of the city center we really recommend we rented for 2 adults and 2 children.
