"Azul", 5-room semi-detached house 160 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).

It's a beautiful house in a great area, but in dire need of a refurbishment. Dining chairs are uncomfortable. Apart from the washing machine and dishwasher, the kitchen is very spartan and only has the bare essentials. The mattresses are saggy. Bathrooms could use a makeover here and there, too. A clothes dryer on the roof terrace is also missing. We were now for the second time 4 years apart, unfortunately the condition hasn't changed at all.
