*With a private lift inside the villa, this place could be suited to those with limited mobility.

*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The nearest big supermarket is two kilometres away, so having a car is recommended. There is private parking for up to two cars.
