Being a former olive mill, you would be forgiven for expecting something rustic, but as you step through the front door you’ll see it’s anything but. The first thing you’ll walk through is the courtyard, its bright bougainvillea and lap pool becoming your own oasis in the heart of the city. Take a step into the building and remind yourself this was once a working building – we know you’ll be blown away by the sheer size of the building, and how this allows for ample space and light. Its charming design, equal parts quirky and stylish, is bound to bring a smile to your face. If you can drag yourself away, you’ll find a charming city replete with cobbled streets and radiant gardens. Go out in search of the perfect pastel de nata, or find a hole in the wall for a lovely glass of port.
