In the quiet streets of Armação de Pera, this villa is 850 metres from the golden beaches of the Algarve. Layers of terraces and balconies are home to a luxurious private pool, two big Jacuzzis (available for an additional fee), and dining and reclining spots with sea views. The ground floor is dominated by an open living, kitchen and dining room with a wall of glass letting the light flood in. Upstairs, the main bedrooms feature sea views. In the basement, you’ve got the dedicated games room and sleep-over-style bedrooms with bunk beds and four singles sharing – best suited to children.

Home truths
One of the bedrooms has four single beds and another has four sets of bunk beds. At capacity, a lot of people will be sharing rooms.
The bedrooms are either on the basement level or on the first floor, so this place may not suit those with limited mobility.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
Bed linen is changed every seven days and towels are changed every four days during your stay.
Having a car is recommended and there is private parking for up to three cars.
