Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden 600 m2 lawn and flowers, pond, biotope. Barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: lounge, internet access, sauna, solarium, billiard table, central heating system, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking at the house.
