Villa Syltebær

A really nice place at this impressive fjord in Norway. We have spend a week here and didn't miss a thing! Thanks to Stig and for his hospitality.

The house looks great inside and out, but on closer inspection everything has been neglected. The kitchen is also very poorly equipped, especially when it comes to pots, bowls, etc. The owner has so much stuff that there is no room in the kitchen cupboards for your own things. Not clean enough, furniture worn out. Access to the seating area by the fjord is adventurous/dangerous, not possible when it is wet and for small children and older people. We were very disappointed/angry about this, as it was not mentioned in the description!

The well-equipped house - is situated on a fjord - with a beautiful view. a small Shop is not far away and a football cage - at the school - just around the corner. You can also go for a walk with the dog.

Perfect location but lack of maintenance of the house which nevertheless has a very strong potential. Furniture in poor condition, lack of cleaning. Trampoline not secured, contrary to the photo. Terrace at the edge of the water difficult to access.
