Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Heating. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds. Bath or shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Pet on request.

Noordwijk: Modern resort "de Witte Raaf", surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Noordwijk, in a quiet position, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: children's playground. In the complex: reception, bicycle rental. Electric vehicle charging station. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Sassenheim" 9 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Keukenhof in Lisse 9.5 km, Katwijk aan Zee 17 km, Leiden 19 km, Zandvoort 20 km, SnowWorld Zoetermeer 31 km, Den Haag Centrum 31 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Westeindeplassen 22 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. In weekends reception has limited opening hours. Preference cost regarding the location of the bungalow, € 30,- (to be paid on the spot). Long stays (longer than 21 days) only on request. Workers not allowed. Groups of youngsters up to 25 years old are not allowed in July and August. In the other months a deposit of 100 euros p.p. applies for groups of youngsters up to 25 years.

The complex itself is beautiful and the houses are tidy at first glance. I can only rate house 138. This house did not meet my expectations. For around €1000 for a week, that's pretty bad. Just a few facts: 1. Lack of cleanliness; 2nd area neglected; 3. Furnishings shabby; 4. Small rooms without a wardrobe; 5. Inventory list without specifying the number of items but with prices for missing items; 6. Promised 2 parking spaces hardly usable and ... not again

Everything you need is there and of good quality. Happy with dishwasher, combi oven and washing machine. Also digital TV and DVD player. Heating etc. Even a service bag with some coffee, tea, dishcloths, kitchen paper, toilet paper and shampoo, soap and all-purpose cleaner.

Actually a nice 98 sqm house. But you don't notice that in the upper rooms. Small rooms, sloping walls, no closets, no shelves... You live out of your suitcase on the floor. Poor maintenance, no working internet, drains drained poorly, musty smell in one room. Wi-Fi was not fixed after several complaints. The facility was otherwise ok, the area and excursion possibilities were very good. Noordwijk yes, de witte Raaf never again

We were here with extended family and had two properties rented. This was a beautiful property to stay at and really loved the location. Nice to come home to and just relax after the day. We have already recommended this to the next set of family members for their stay here next year. Office staff was very helpful if check in too!

Everything clean and well furnished. However, the table in the kitchen cannot be used with 6 people. Maximum 5 people, as the open kitchen does not offer more space to sit.

The location was great, the bike rental just around the corner, quiet area. The big flaw is the far too small fridge, never enough for 6 people, it was also defective, the replacement part was only repaired after 4 days. The bathroom smelled very badly from the drain, so the drain pipe needs to be looked at urgently... some things in the house need to be renewed, it was still very nice for our first holiday in Holland!

We like the facility, which is about 5 km from Noordwijk an Zee, because it is quiet and close to the dunes and the beach (about 20 minutes through the dunes). Restaurants nearby, but they are either expensive (XXX) or worse than in Norrdwijk itself. There is an uncrowded, wide, spacious beach with a small restaurant at exit 24, which we really liked. Ideal for families, groups and possibly also for 1 pet. We will be back !
