In general, we liked the accommodation, the house and the garden were quite nice. However, there is a bit of a backlog of maintenance and it could be so much better. So I would like to share what we noticed: - the windows were dirty, from the previous tenants - the water in both showers drained badly, it remained standing for a long time - one of the gas stove plates, at the back left, was broken - the ventilation system in the house appears to have damage, probably bearing damage. In the middle of Waterland nestles a village with charming wooden houses, intertwined in the polder canals. It's beautiful, it's calm. Charming staff, top services, well-equipped and warm gîte.

We were very disappointed and cannot recommend it. Apparently the cleaning is not taken very seriously. The house is actually quite nice. Unfortunately, we found it very dirty and sticky. The reception closes at 5 p.m. almost every day, which is difficult and not timely for looking after holiday guests. Disappointing for the price paid!

We enjoyed our stay in the holiday home. Tastefully decorated and more spacious than expected.

Very nice location and a superb environment

Unfortunately, the house was not clean upon arrival. You have to clean some things first so that you can use chairs or tables. The double bed was broken so that you could not sleep well. And the outdoor area was unfortunately not well maintained.
