The complex itself is beautifully situated, directly with water access, traffic-calmed, surrounded by nature, not far from the town center with small shops for daily needs. The only disadvantage: direct location in the approach path to Amsterdam Airport, which is sometimes very loud, the planes come relatively low and without much gap. The houses are getting a bit old, here and there something has been repaired. Otherwise it is clean and well equipped.
