The apartment's location is very nice. The furnishings are modern, and the kitchen is state-of-the-art. The apartment has only two toilets, each of which is only accessible from the communal hallway. Overall, the apartment gives a very neglected impression. The windows in the beautiful conservatory are all warped and very dirty and need to be replaced. The coffee machine was so dirty that it had to be completely cleaned and descaled, etc.
