Situated within a holiday resort close to the northern coastline of Texel, this bungalow might be on the humble side, but the impressive collection of shared amenities more than makes up for it. When we say humble, we don't mean to say that there's absolutely nothing to like about the home. The floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors ensure that there's a bountiful amount of natural light, while the furnishings are all stylish enough. In addition, the kitchen, too, is sleek, if a little limited in size and scope. Having a private terrace with seating will also help you make the most of warm afternoons, as well. However, we must get around to the shared facilities. As well as a pair of swimming pools, guests can while away their afternoons on the golf course or – if they're a little younger – on the play equipment, before reconvening for dinner in one of the trio of eateries. To top it all off, there are plenty of attractions outside the resort as well. The beach that runs around the north and west sides of the island can be reached in as little as eight minutes' walk or you can stroll for an hour through the Texel Dunes National Park to reach the western coastline. De Schorren nature reserve takes a similar amount of time to reach in the opposite direction, too.
