The De Hoge Veluwe National Park is just 15km away, which is great for scenic walks and bike rides thanks to its diverse landscapes and wildlife. We're talking dense forests, grassland and sand drifts – ideal if you want to experience as much nature as possible in one place. If you don't feel like driving, however, the resort has a pretty lake running through it, where you can kayak or simply wander the shores and enjoy the scenery.

When you return home after a day of adventure, the patio is the place to be. Turn on the outdoor fireplace, grab a blanket and get comfy on the outdoor sofa with a glass of wine, as the wind rustles through the flowers and branches around you.
