As far as a super located "house in / by the sea" in the bird sanctuary. Well equipped, but some shortcomings: cooker hood broken, broken TV in the bedroom, broken fridge switch, night storage heater difficult to regulate. Nevertheless, we had a great vacation, with a visit from 4 swans and lots of blistered ducks.

The very well-kept and fashionably furnished holiday home is located directly on a lake! The view is super nice! The lake is also great for swimming! This property comes highly recommended! We'd love to come back!

Been in this house on stilts for the 2nd time. Outside school holidays, wonderfully quiet, close to the marina, constantly changing views of Lauwersmeer. Alternating rain, storm, and also sun. Often able to drink coffee outside, but uncle wind force 6 Bft. Beautiful place for sailors. Great for 2 people with (older) children who come by for a few days. Would be a bit small for 6 adults.

The house was generally fine. There were some deficiencies, but the manager was informed. But this only on departure, so I can't say whether they were fixed. The location of the house was of course great. You can imagine what it's like to jump into the water from the terrace when the water temperatures are warm.

Great house, everything was soberly furnished, but the fantastic view makes up for a lot. The stairs are one thing for people who have difficulty walking, there is no toilet on the top floor

House located on the water, beautiful view, always changing from flat water to big waves. Never bored. Clean and neatly decorated. Good Auping beds. Actually for 4 adults, but 4 seats in living room. Next to the marina, Lauwersmeer is at your feet.

Arrive and relax. Spacious house with a spacious outdoor area. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Little things that were missing: drying rack, hand brush and tea towels, soap would be desirable. Fly screen and fridge lamp broken.

The house is primarily characterized by its prime location and the associated view of the Lauwersmeer. The equipment is complete and nothing is missing. Since the house stands on stilts, you live there very close to nature, hear the waves pounding on the stilts and notice how the wind makes the house swing on its stilts. It is very positive to note that the house is handed over very clean, great praise to the cleaning service.

The accommodation was great - if it had been somewhere else. There was nothing going on in the area and we had to drive 140 km to swim in the sea or take the ferry to the island for €60.
