We were 7 guests in a house for 10 people, 7 went just fine, but it was not really spacious, let alone 10. The kitchen is beautifully spacious, but the equipment is dated. That also applies to the rest of the house, it gives a dated impression. The large garden table was about to collapse. The location is an excellent base for sailing and other water sports. Facilities of the park are minimal. The camping shop is good and has everything you need.
