This modern apartment is in the heart of Colonia Nápoles, opposite the Pepsi Centre and the WTC – so if you're in the city for an event, it's an ideal choice. The private balcony offers a sunny spot to unwind and soak up the city atmosphere, though there may not be space for everyone – in that case, the shared rooftop terrace is the place to go. If you're travelling for work, you'll find a dedicated workspace in each bedroom, and the kitchenette is handy for on-the-go meals. Although there's plenty to see on foot in the local neighbourhood, the metro from Poliforum will take you into downtown CDMX in less than thirty minutes.

*There is only one bathroom in this home, which may not be ideal if you're travelling in a large group.
*You'll have access to the on-site rooftop terrace here. It's shared with the building's other guests and residents.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
