This colourful apartment is on the third floor of a historic Venetian palazzo, just a three-minute walk from St Mark’s Square. This fun home-from-home blends antique furniture with bright colours and quirky details. The private roof terrace looks out onto Punta della Dogana, San Giorgio Maggiore, and Giudecca, and is a wonderful spot for a Bellini, which your host includes in the welcome hamper. You’ll also have access to a terrace shared by the palazzo’s other residents. Your host has arranged daily cleaning to keep things spick and span. Here, you get the comfort of a hotel with the freedom of a private home – the best of both worlds.

Home truths:
*There’s a lift to this third-floor apartment, but you’ll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the rooftop terrace. In addition to a private terrace, you’ll have access to a communal terrace shared by the residents of the palazzo.
*Bedroom two can be equipped with a double bed or twin beds – just let your host know which you’d prefer.
*Your host can provide luggage storage on arrival and departure days.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones on request.
*Your host has arranged a daily maid service from 10am-noon.
*Your host provides a welcome hamper of Bellini, water, and fresh fruit.
*You may use the palazzo's private dock on arrival and departure days for water taxi transfers to and from the airport. Your host can recommend a water taxi company for ease.
