Funky, modern, and filled with unique design touches, this beautifully eclectic home nestled within a quiet residential area in the Cannaregio district provides a chic and stylish way of getting into the swing of things in Venice. The apartment itself is part of a historic and typically Venetian building, so during your stay you will really begin to feel like a local, thanks to the sense of time and place that fills these spaces. It enjoys a great location close to a Vapretto stop that will take you right into the very heart of the city, whilst also feeling laid-back and less touristy than many other neighbourhoods. Some of the city's most iconic attractions, including the sprawling St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge are reachable on foot in just ten to twenty minutes.
We simply love the cool monochrome palette, and think it contrasts wonderfully with the accents of the original dark wood features and the traditional marble flooring which give the space character. We're already imagining ourselves sipping Aperol Spritz in the grand living spaces before heading out to sample the fayre in some of the nearby eateries. Or, for something more low-key, perhaps enjoying a homecooked meal filled with rich Italian flavours in the elegant dining area.
