Beautiful, stylish, very bright and well-equipped apartment with a fantastic view of the lagoon from the small loggia. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. A kettle would have been nice and maybe a few new water and wine glasses. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay and have just booked the apartment again for a short break in December. Spacious apartment for 3 people. Quiet location close to St. Mark's Square by vaporetto

Everything you need for a stay in Venice in a light and bright apartment. Set on the lagoon side of Giudecca so you get a welcome breeze and you’re away from the crowds. Effective air conditioning. Moments from the vaporetto stop, a Co-op and some lovely restaurants. Easy check in and communication was good through out. Would stay again. Hope to return for next Biennale.

Perfect location, sophisticated equipment down to the smallest detail. Elevator! Double air conditioning in summer a blessing for the night. View of the bay from the balcony! You can't go wrong here! A new couch would make the apartment unbeatable. We will come back!
