Villa Fausta

Rosolina Mare itself is a very nice place (at least before the season, we have no other experiences) where you can have a nice rest, eat quite a pizza and generally let loose. The apartment is nice. Clean, modern. The fridge is a bit noisy and the bed could be a double but I'm a bit picky. Really great. There is a coffee maker, the washing machine works, hot water, blinds in the windows, a great terrace (closed), nice neighbors (dust off your Esperanto, Italian or other Latin). Ask for a second set of keys.

The house itself is nice but has numerous flaws especially the maintenance: missing or unsafe kitchen pieces (plinth), the shower door so rusty that I seriously risked being locked inside, a very narrow and crooked parking space so I had to park elsewhere. On the last day I go out before the appointed time to throw garbage and on my return I find the door wide open! Cleaning company in advance, but they left and I still had my bags and bunnies there. Serious!

So I'd never book it

The apartment was unclean, poorly equipped (2 glasses!), bathroom window could not be closed, canopy was leaking, etc. etc. We have always been happy with our booking, but this time it was very disappointing.

The property is a bit on the outskirts of town. But you can reach everything quickly. a shop is nearby.
